A conscious SEL Approach for Early Childhood Educators

At Moments, we believe the classroom is more than a space for academic growth — it’s a relational, emotional, and deeply human experience. In this professional development course, you’ll learn how to co-create safe, connected, and emotionally intelligent classrooms where both children and educators thrive.

Grounded in neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional literacy, this course equips early childhood educators with the understanding and practical tools to nurture emotional resilience in children aged 0–7 — beginning with themselves.
